With more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality and corporate industries, Dian Desiana possesses strong capabilities in risk management. She is a communicative leader with high self-motivation, confidence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly. In 2017, she founded her own company, which has since grown globally with more than 15 divisions.
