About The Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of property management in our Bali locations. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of driving operational excellence and elevating the guest experience to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operations to ensure superior guest experiences and brand alignment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and profitability.
• Lead, train, and mentor the executive and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with all brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local laws.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with guests, partners, and the local community.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and managing large-scale budgets.
• Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian hospitality market.
