Berry Amour - A Collective Architecture Integrated in Urban Fabric
This project, Berry Amour, has integrated harmoniously in the dense urban fabric of its neighborhood. Designed around a central interior landscaped courtyard, it offers a balance subtle between privacy residential and moments of community integration.
A work detailed on the volumetric has permitted creating a transition gentle between the street and the volumes superior. This approach attenuates the effect of mass, easing the transition with the course pedestrian. And offer a more large privacy to housing located in levels inferior.
There permeability of site is reinforced by multiple access and breakthroughs who connect the court interior. A space central acts as a point of transition visual and functional, connecting the spaces private of residences with the dynamic urban surrounding.
